How do I book?
Call or email with your dates and the number of guests. You get confirmation the same day. Online booking is being built.
How do I pay?
Cash on arrival, in euros or convertible marks. Card payment is not available yet.
When can I check in?
Check-in is 14:00–20:00 and check-out 10:00–11:00. Ask in advance for other times.
What if I arrive later?
The keys are in a safe at the entrance, so you can arrive without meeting the host. You get the code before arrival.
How many people can sleep here?
Three at most. A double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Is there parking?
Yes — private parking behind a barrier, at no extra charge.
Can I bring a pet?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Not in the apartment. The balcony is glazed, so no smoking there either.
Is there a washing machine?
No. If laundry matters for a longer stay, tell us before booking.
Is the tourist tax charged separately?
No, it is included in the price.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 3 days before arrival. After that the first night is charged.
Is there a discount for longer stays?
Yes, 10% for stays longer than 6 nights.
